During my current employment with Ghanda Clothing, I get the chance to do what I love best, which is serving customers and assisting them throughout their visit in the store, serving them on POS, handling of cash/occasionally banking and issuing refunds and exchanges whenever is necessary. My daily tasks include folding clothes, dealing with new stock, creating labels for stock to be picked up and often we get the task to do 'levelling picks' which includes finding stock throughout the store and boxing it up to be sent off. Whilst working at Ghanda, I have earned the privilege of owning a store key, often throughout the week I will be rostered on to open and close the store independently which requires more cash handling, making plans for the store throughout the day, creating tasks and dealing with any variances that can appear throughout the day with payments.

Throughout the time I worked at Coles, I was mostly in customer service, whether that was working on the registers or working in the self-service area. I was always assisting customers, dealing with cash and occasionally stock-take within the grocery department. Throughout October-December 2024, I was working both Coles & Ghanda Clothing and was able to maintain both the jobs easily without any issues.
