Dedicated and compassionate disability support worker who enjoys engaging with participants, providing quality care to individuals with physical, intellectual and mental disabilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, management correspondence, ordering groceries
- coordinate and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Maintain accurate records of employees working hours, leave requests and training schedules.
-Communicate effectively with team members to address scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operation
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members

- Support participant in daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning duties, entering the community
- Monitor and document clients progress, behaviours, respond to intervention using bsp strategies.
- Collobarate with healthcare professionals including therapists, pysycologists
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring physical and emotional well-being
