  • Over the last 2.5 years I have worked with a number of clients including Titan Conveyors, CIBS, Redstone, ProMet, Binyardi & Boulton Conveyor Services.
  • - Implementation of CRM (NetSuite) systems and supply chain for CIBS following my successful acquisition of a contract with MRL values at over $6m.
  • - Implementation of work structures and OH&S procedures to the satisfaction of MRL.
  • - Negotiated a JV between CIBS and Continental resulting in the management of the Telfer project. (Currently being run by CIBS on behalf of Continental) $12.2m.
  • - Established the ABN for Redstone Construction and have worked with the team to grow to 44 staff managing 14 clients nationally. Facilitating sales training & onboarding as well as bid writing and negotiation across their top 5 clients.
  • - Boulton Conveyors, successful renegotiation of PBMC contract at Karara (KML) $26m. Implementation of several onsite solutions that have lead to a considerable reduction in down time. Standardised product supply to site reducing ordering errors and reduction in Hot Shot costs.
