Through owning and operating business' over the past 20 years, having a grasp for being able to prepare for "what comes next" has been a skill that I have highly prioritised . I believe that keeping track of past history and results and being properly equipped to record all necessary information goes a long way to making sure that the next task undertaken is the correct one.

With good preparation comes good results and most importantly, the ability to attend to a client or customers needs in a timely fashion so as to maintain a pleasant professional relationship with them which should lead to further dealings down the track and new opportunities moving forward.
Through working in a retail environment for many years I have been able to pleasantly assist with a range of queries to a range of personalities, whilst always maintaining a great rapport with customers, sales reps, colleagues and management.
Juggling time with day to day operations, while being adequately prepared and still maintaining strong relationships within an industry and organisation has been, in my experience, the core to managing a successful operation, creating a pleasant working environment for all parties and setting yourself and organisation up for growth.
