Summary

I have just completed my contract as the Senior Project Manager Quadric in a full time capacity on a 6 month engagement. I was brought on board to complete a 2200m2 full floor CBD office floor plate for the Office of Industrial Relations for just over $5m. This project has involved engineers and architects for all services such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electrical. Weekly project control group meetings with reports required. There have been constant change orders, specification alterations and planning changes due to the buildings condition and design. All obstacles required of myself to resolve with all key stakeholders. The main key for this role is to involve as many stakeholders as required for the project and no ancillary departments and keeping all involved well informed and abreast of all issues ad advancements presented.

Leads procurement of resources including equipment and supplies. Monitors projects by adhering to production schedule and budget, managing production team, identifying problems and providing targeted solutions. I specialise in managing projects through the full life cycle from scope of works to formal hanover of documentation at the end of a program/project.
