  • The development and management of daily freight and logistics activities to and from the mine site. This consisted of 3 triple road trains of general goods and materials 6 days a week.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems of work which ensure compliance with applicable legislative, regulatory, related to transport and logistics.
  • Provide leadership to the Supply staff including two Inventory Specialists, two team leaders and some 26 warehouse operators.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Warehousing and Logistics are carried out in line with company policy and legislation. Ensuring continuous supply and warehousing activities occur 7 days a week to support the mine operation.
