• CIP/SIP Fermenters, Brew kit, Brite tanks, green beer lines, yeast harvest lines, yeast props.
• Transfer and centrifuge green beer from fermentation vessels to brite tanks
• Manage temperature, pressure, carbonation and fermentation cycle for over 60 tanks -
• Operate automated brewing systems/programs; Botec, Krones and Netsuite -
• Operate mill Operate hop cannon
