I currently have 12 years experience with blasting crews, including a 6 month traineeship with Orica.

I believe my extensive experience and hands on knowledge with blast crews could make me a valuable candidate for the role of Technical Trainer.

My goal would be to help maintain and improve skill levels and adhere to mine dept laws and regulations.

I have been a qualified OJT for 5 years and look forward to the opportunity to develop my skill further and to share a high level of training to current crew members and new starters alike.
