He has been an Advisor to Western Australian Government for feasibility, design, and functionality of its assets, and was project manager to some of the most innovative design and construction buildings in Australia. Chris has worked on major infrastructure, health, manufacturing, mixed-use developments, and large-scale leisure and hospitality projects.

  • The Ground Transport Multi Story Carpark project is a design and construct project involving construction of a six-level multi-storey car park (MSCP), multi-modal transport interchange (MMTI) on the ground floor of the MSCP, and road and pedestrian reconfiguration at Terminal 1 and 2. Both Georgiou Building and Infrastructure business units are working collectively to execute this project. Scope of works include:
  • New pedestrian plaza, new taxi staging area and new at-grade car rental drop-off area
  • Reversal and widening of the T2 forecourt.
  • Expansion of existing T2 short-term car park.
  • Improved integration of the wider road network with the combined logistics facility and Airport Central Train Station.
  • Closure of T1 forecourt roads.
  • Upgrades to the road network to facilitate access to the MMTI and MSCP.

The redevelopment is by the Assure Partners’ consortium which includes a joint venture between John Holland and Pindan Contracting. In addition to the Project requirements Chris was also responsible for the management of the Joint Venture and has created an integration of the cultures of the Parties to form a cohesive Project Team to successfully deliver the Project.
