- Helping them overcome mental health challenges
- Working closely with DCP (department of child protection ) Supporting clients to gain independence in everyday life and learn new skills
- Connecting clients with recreational, sporting or community groups
- Supporting clients to use public transport
- Helping clients find and keep a job
-Collaborating with key people in the client’s life
- Being a role model and advocating for people living with disabilities or challenges
- Participation in peer support meetings
