Owning this cafe i used Campos coffee, and during the time of ownership i built and was approved to have a kitchen. Unfortunately i was sub leasing in the front of a gym, and with rents soaring the gym owner let me know the doors would be closing in November 2024. After extensive searching for something nearby, i realised the rent wasn't affordable for me to continue. My roles were 100% of what it takes to run a cafe.
My job was to represent the brand as a leading Campos trained Barista in the flagship stores. My job was everything to do with coffee, from filter to espresso and cold drip. I ran the espresso bar for 2 years. including ordering, stock control and staff rosters.

A hotel chain known woldwide.I started with the company as a Bar Tender/Gaming Attendant in early 2000 at the Sunnybank Hotel. Then transferred to The Hamilton Hotel as a Gaming Supervisor, shortly after i transferred to The Australian National Hotel as a trainee Duty Manager. In 2004 i transferred to the Chatswood Hills Tavern as a Duty Manager where i stayed until Dec 2006.
