-Organised 5 first aid kits in a busy nightclubs for staff and for incidents with patrons
-Liaised with 4 managers about first aid and safety in relation to keeping staff and patrons safe
-Keeping up to date with first aid practices and using them when needed.
-Restocking first aid supplies and keeping a log of products used each week.
-Cleaning up a busy nightclub by sweeping, disinfecting and wiping down surfaces including bathrooms.
-Used problem solving skills to and physical labour to optimise the nightclub in an ever changing environment to meet the demand of customers such as moving furniture around and clearing space for more patrons.
-Cleaning of glassware, taking out bins, restocking bars and assisting bar staff with making there job as easy as possible by optimising their workspace.
-Bartending: taking customers orders, using till systems and preparing drinks.
-Patron relations: Building patron rapport and using customer service skills to ensure patrons have a good time. also supported patrons who have become unwell or sick and help them recover using rest and reassurance techniques.

Availability: Mon-fri morning/afternoon/evening shifts. saturday all day available. I am studying part time and may have 1 month with mornings on some days unavailable during march.
