-Preparing safety work permits such as confined space, hot work permit etc.

-Installation and alignment of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, gearbox, piping, valves and dismantling joint in water and sewage treatment plant as per drawings.

-Overhauling of rotating equipment such as gearbox, pumps, motor, etc.

-Knowledgeable in shaft alignment by using laser.

-Installation and alignment of structural material such as handrails, platforms, ladders etc.

-Assisting in commissioning activities such as conducting hydotasyic test etc.

• Carried out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, roller conveyors, crushers, vibrating screens, fans and blowers, dust collectors, overhead cranes, etc.
• Operational and maintenance skills utility equipment such as HVAC, air compressors, air dryers, chillers, cold well and hot well pumps, and cooling tower system.
• Skilled and trained in maintaining reverse-osmosis system, such as chemical cleaning, and using chemical solutions.
• Conducts repair and refurbishment of centrifugal pumps (vertical and horizontal), dosing pumps, electric motors and gearbox, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves as per the manual / reference maintenance procedure.
• Knowledgeable in operating man-lift and fork lift.

• Attending tool box meeting before the job starts on daily basis regarding company’s health, safety and environmental policy, work permit and procedures.
• Preparing safety work permits, hot work, cold work, release and confined space permit.
• To perform maintenance works on high pressure equipment and hydraulic tensioning and tightening of high pressure joints.
• Carry out blinding and de-blinding of connecting pipelines to equipment.
• Performing other works such as preparation of documents site measurements, maintaining spare parts, transportation of materials and site cleaning.
• To perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps, gearbox, compressor, extruder, pellet dryer, vibrating screen, agitator, blower, etc.
• Carried out alignment for rotating equipment of pump, compressor, blower using laser and dial (rim & face, reverse method).
• Carried out motor solo run and done monitoring of parameters (vibration, temperature & RPM).
• Perform & witnessing the system final box up, mechanical running test, lube oil flushing, system leak test and inert gas purging.
• Carried out preventive and corrective maintenance program activities for rotating equipments.
• Trouble shooting and fault findings on rotating equipment failure and inspection of equipment and machinery to lubricate for smooth operations.

• Chipping and installing of padding plates.
• Installation of all Mechanical equipment in the plant, such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and vessels.
• Grouting of foundation for Mechanical equipment.
• Perform shaft alignment of pumps, compressors and steam turbine by using dial indicator (Reverse and Face & Rim method).
• Knowledgeable in using precision tools.
• Preparation of equipment prior to final inspection.
• Concerned all mechanical job related as part of MILLWRIGHT.
• Pre-commissioning activities includes cleaning of piping and equipment, static and rotating equipment prior to commissioning in order to achieve the readiness for safe, timely and efficient operation during commissioning start-up.
