This is a family run business. I work here during the peak periods of Easter and Christmas, and school holidays.

My role includes the following tasks:

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Processing cash and eftpos transactions accurately through the Point of Sale System.
• Packing, coordinating and distributing 100+ orders during the peak periods of Easter and Christmas.
• Working well with other team members to achieve a cohesive and efficient store environment.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction with personalised product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Increasing store sales through upselling, cross-selling techniques and effective product merchandising.
• Cleaning the store and equipment and disposing of waste properly.
• Upholding Food Safety Standards and Work, Health and Safety procedures at all times
