My name is Christian James Scaddan, I’m a fit, healthy and quick-thinking person, able to make decisions quick and effectively. Able to think outside the box, I can think of creative and helpful solutions to various problems. I have the self-confidence to make and follow decisions through until they’re finished. However, I also have the empathy and self-awareness to know no decision is perfect, pushing me to take other people’s opinions and ideas into account when making important decisions that affect others as well as myself. I have a strong sense of motivation and strive my hardest to complete anything set to me to the best of my abilities. In adverse conditions I can easily take a point of leadership and advise those in a team along with myself on how to quickly and efficiently complete given tasks. Extensive experience in customer service roles has given me the skills to perform in a high variety of situations and roles effectively, and an engineering education is providing me with the skills and knowledge to solve complex problems.
