Since COVID, I became a new mother. I focused on parenting, part-time online tutoring for PMP exam prep, studying Mental health, and refreshing my professional skills such as data analysis, UX design and agile management by doing online projects.

Elensdata is a Fin-teach-based startup company with data science professionals who dedicate themselves to improving enterprise/government workflows with data science-enabled, AI-assisted frameworks and tools. My core responsibility is to
1) analyse and validate data requirements, including mapping and migration strategies to ensure seamless data transition to the new platform(s);
2) clarify and optimise business processes from complex business environments;
3) identify systems functions and UX with core stakeholders’ requirements;
4) delivery of high fidelity prototype, document PRD;

5) demonstrate presentation to related stakeholders.
Project 1: As product manager, build up one of the high-profile think tanks' big data analytics platform and background management systems from 0-1.
Project 2: Adding AI capabilities to one of the world's top photo and media agencies' media library applications by creating an API platform that allowed prompt semantic searching and cross-modal recommendation from their millions of media items.
Project 3: Delivering the Anti-Money laundry central system for the national security force department from 1-2 by optimising the current business processes, saving millions money and security labor force.

I was the product manager who was focusing on the anti-money laundry & big data tracking systems for its central platform for national banks and security departments. Mainly focus on 1) customized system functions aligned with business process to hit business goals and objectives; 2）Delivery high profile prototype and documents PRD; 3）Communicate multiple stakeholders and manage their requirements while maintaining harmonious relationships.

China Software is China’s leading outsourcer of information technology product analysis and development.

Project 1: mid-project development of China’s equivalent of the Bloomberg terminal on behalf of China Economic Information Service.
Keys responsibilities included:
- analysis of product requirements (including data analysis)
- design of product features, interfaces and prototypes
- cooperation during technical realisation of product (including close communication with programmers)

Project 2: initial project development of a mobile app whose main function is to sell subway tickets, food and coffee delivery online in Guangzhou, China on behalf of the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
Key responsibilities include:
- analysis of big data for user profiling to conceive product ideas

- Illustrate online Payment process and optimise the business process with the third party payment support.
- writing product requirements document
- design of product features, interfaces and prototypes
- coordination with technical team in product realisation

Unfae was a Fin-tech startup company focused on internet P2P lending business (shut down in 2016 due to the national policies changing in Mainland China), and I was shouldering the main responsibility as follows:

-be in charge of Competition Analysis, Potential Customer Finance Data Mining, Data Tracking, and Customer Investment Data Analysis, and to produce analysis reports for customer profile descriptions, and to make suggestions to high level managers who make final market decisions;
-create prototype of the frond system for UX improving;
-to design and produce the personal account and credit system part of the forward system, and to also draw the personal account and credit system prototype;
-create prototype of the back-end UMS systems.
