• Utilize Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques to join metal parts according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and welding procedures.
• Cut, shape, and bend metal plates and pipes using various tools and machinery to create components for boilers, pressure vessels, and related equipment
• Conduct repair and maintenance work on boilers and pressure vessels, including patching leaks, replacing damaged sections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure the quality of welded joints by performing inspections, testing welds for strength and accuracy, and making any necessary adjustments to achieve welding standards.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the safety of coworkers and surrounding personnel.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understand project requirements and specifications accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of welding equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns during work.
• Safely transport, lift, and position heavy metal parts and materials using appropriate lifting equipment or tools.
• In-depth involvement and participation on various site quality assurance inspections and quality control field works such as welding, NDT and other related test.
• Monitor Project Quality operations and execution in job sites.
