  • Worked in partnership with with parents to develop a customised care plan for their baby, including the elements of feed, play and sleep and provided guidance and support in its implementation.
  • Provided tailored care aiming to meet the emotional needs and challenges of each family member, supporting them to work through individual issues, and being with them in their journey.
