  • I was responsible for leading the Information Management team of eight, providing document management support and improvements (Aconex, TeamBinder, and SharePoint) for several capital projects, including the Kemerton Lithium Expansion worth U.S. $1.6 billion.
  • During this time, I was instrumental in updating the Information Management framework to enable project teams to work more productively and collaboratively, ensuring document management best practices were being followed.
  • I was retained to see the projects through to final close-out as one of the last standing members.
