For the past four years, I have been working as a Personal Care Assistant at Autumn Aged Care, where I support residents with their daily activities and needs, including the safe use of patient transfer equipment.

In addition to my current role, I also work casually as a Social Worker supporting individuals with disabilities, which has given me valuable insight into person-centred care and advocacy.

I’m also completing a Health Service Assistant placement at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, which finishes this week. This hands-on experience has strengthened my clinical skills and reinforced my passion for healthcare.
