Summary

I am currently working full-time as an Application Administrator at Tambla on the infrastructure team and work closely with development and QA to ensure that Tambla SaaS applications and infrastructure are running smoothly and deployed correctly.
Outside of work, I am pursuing a Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Programming) part-time and have spent the last eighteen months learning how to code in C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL in order to create websites and applications.

I have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of Infrastructure and software development, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide Level 3 application support for web, desktop, mobile, ASP.NET, WCF, Blazor, WebAPI applications.
  • Maintain and deploy patches, hotfixes, minor and major upgrades to web, DMZ, application, file, SQL, prod, test, dev, and UAT servers.
  • Create new environments for new clients on our SaaS infrastructure. This includes creating/cloning servers on VMM, creating services, MSMQs, app pools/sites on IIS, creating VPN/Azure DNS hosts/entries, URLs, adding IPs/VIPs to load balancers, editing configuration files, and setting up SSO integration with client's AzureAD.
  • Troubleshoot web application issues linked to IIS, services, database, security, network, or web/config files.
