I have been the owner of Southern Sports and Health Massage for 34 years.

I started my business when I was 19 and have received certification in many areas of Massage Therapy and health care.

I am a self starter and highly motivated.

I have worked with professional athletes and was Senior Masseuse for the Australian Cricket Team from 2005-2010.

I have managed my business through economic and financial challenges and never once stopped believing in myself and what I have created.

I recently studied to become an Independent Funeral Celebrant and started my business North Wind Celebrancy.

I have just completed studies in Kinesiology to become a Certified Touch for Health Practitioner.

I travelled to Italy last year for a 4 day writing course to become a better writer and in February 2024 completed another writing course with the aim of personal improvement and professional growth.

Being self employed for 34 years it has been necessary to update my skills as a practitioner and a business owner and have implemented software into my business such as Cliniko, Xero and Square.

Swimming would be my absolute favourite fitness activity, especially swimming in the ocean.
