- Contribute to staff awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoner needs
- Case managing prisoners on Intensive Management Plan – Self harm, Transgenders and prisoners of concerns
- Case managing/providing support for Indigenous prisoners with National disability Insurance Scheme
- Cultural support for grieving of family members
