During my EDU411 Professional Experience placement, I demonstrated competence across all Australian Professional Standards for Graduate Teachers through a 20-day full-time placement. I followed the C2C curriculum and independently taught the full units of Health, Science, and Mathematics, creating and adapting my own teaching resources to meet curriculum requirements. I ensured all lessons were differentiated to support a class with diverse learning needs while maintaining high expectations for student learning. I progressively increased my independent teaching load to 75%, planned and delivered sequenced lessons (including those required for the Teaching Performance Assessment), used student data to inform teaching decisions, and engaged in ongoing reflection and professional feedback. I met all placement requirements and was assessed as exceeding expectations.
