  • Responsible for a yearly rolling program of works for the ANZ commercial portfolio (National)
  • Manage multiple diverse projects at any given time with numerous PC dates and budgets
  • Meet with project stakeholders on a regular basis to report on progress and make adjustments where necessary
  • Manage administrative and daily program operations, including all financial reporting (project and program level)
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal 'clients', downstream delivery partners and vendors
  • Identify program risks and problem solve, as well as communicating possible impacts to the leadership team.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by closely monitoring adherence to industry standards and guidelines throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Major Projects:


- Make good of 55 Collins Street, Melbourne ~ Base building $19m, ANZ fitout works ~$21m, plus sub-leasing incentives: Major upgrade across several years, with two separable portions; preparation of 32,000m2 (75% of NLA / 33 floors) for sub-lease; demolition of floors to cold shell and provision of new warm shell elements including flooring and ceilings; provision of DDA toilet facilities; ground floor foyer upgrade, EOT amenities upgrade, installation of separate metering to all floors via an embedded network; and the relocation of the ANZ ATM lab and associated technology infrastructure.


- ANZ Gothic Branch and Museum - 388 Collins Street, Melbourne ~ $6m:

Involved in all aspects of the project from inception to delivery and beyond: early space planning, Heritage Victoria considerations, bespoke joinery items (reusing existing joinery elements), selection of museum artefacts, mechanical air con solutions, stakeholder engagement, ATM installation, signage, etc.

  • Other Projects included:

- Lift upgrades (55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC & 86 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC - both controllers and cars);

- Mechanical switchboard upgrade (55 Collins Street, Melbourne)

- Chiller replacement (100 Queen Street, Melbourne)

- Fire Services upgrade (833 Collins Street, Docklands)

- Blackwater treatment plant upgrades (833 Collins Street, Docklands)

- Various engineering upgrades at live data centres

- Various small to medium internal fitouts
