Inaugural Dean of Extra Curricular. Worked collaboratively with whole school community to improve the holistic growth of students by providing access to a variety of academic, musical, sporting and performance activities.

Created innovative and collaborative programs for all staff and students through the Library Resource Centre. Established connections and partnerships with companies outside of the education world.

Travelled to Finland to research their schools and learn from their best practice.

Co-ordinated the academic and pastoral care of 130 students. Lead a team of 10 staff who worked with me in ensuring the needs of our students were clearly met. Created a range of innovative and engaging programs that addressed the well being of all students from Years 7 - 12.

Revitalised the study of Drama through innovative pedagogy. I introduced many new experiences such as Immersive tours to New York, Junior Film Festival, Bell Shakespeare Artist in Residence Program for Year 10, collaborative programs with other schools, and engaging units of work that aligned us with world class practitioners. HSC results improved dramatically, numbers of students studying Drama increased as did the size of the Drama Department.

I taught both PDHPE and Drama until 2010. In 2011, when I became Head of Drama, I moved completely to the teaching of Drama.
