  • During my time at IG I was responsible for different aspects of the business at different times
  • Creating and finding new business opportunities, I drove relationships with many levels of our clients organisations from floor staff to gaming managers through to CEOs and Board Members
  • During my time in sales IG purchased Unidessa and we took over the responsibility of game design and approval for the NSW market
  • As Service Manager I was responsible for overseeing the servicing and maintenance of more than 7,000 electronic gaming machines across NSW with a team of 25 technicians
  • As well as the installation and maintenance of Jackpot Systems and Player Loyalty Systems from our own brand and also from numerous other industry suppliers like EBET, Aristocrat, IGT and Paltronics
