- Not limited to the following functions; Ensuring that maintenance personnel have access to current issues of the relevant technical data; Ensuring that third party Registered Operators and Registration Holders or Company operated aircraft are made aware of the requirement to notify the HAAMC of all Airworthiness Directives, Services Bulletins, Service Letters or maintenance directions issued by a recognised Authority or manufacturer to the Registered Operator or Registration Holder; Ensuring that aircraft log books, engine log books, history cards, and other maintenance certification document are retained by the Company’s nominated maintenance organisation for the applicable period

- Oversaw the completion of the contract with Channel 9 new in Perth from July 2015 thru March 2017 with two contracted pilot's and one contracted LAME, operating and maintaining a Bell 206 on a 7 day a week contract
- Established a contract with South African/Australian aerial survey company, NRG Australia, to operate under Airvantix CofA from June 2022 thru to Feb 2025. Operating one AS350B3 Helicopter flying an average of 470 hours per year.
- Introduce the software of Air Maestro for SMS, doc control, pilot hours, fatigue management for both Airvantix staff and NRG Australia staff.
