Summary

As a department leader and teacher, I know that all students have the capacity to make strong progress. Through the analysis of student learning outcomes, collaboration with colleagues and the application of reliable and valid research evidence, I strive to optimise the progress of every student in my care. This is only made possible by a team of educators who work together in a supportive manner - ensuring that best practice is shared and enacted by all members of the team.

I am driven by improving the pedagogical practice of myself and my team, to ensure that all students (regardless of where they begin on the learning journey) have the best opportunity of fulfilling their goals.

I look forward to continuing to learn from experts in the educational field whilst also supporting and mentoring graduates who are beginning their teaching journey.
