compliance & standards and are delivered incident & injury free. Co-ordinate contractor mobilisation, contractor management, isolations, project management, scheduling and execution. Liaise with client and contractor management to ensure project & shutdown milestones are achieved.

Greenfield’s:

Contractor Management and contract planning; Development of tender documents, appraisal and recommendation of submitted tenders. Ensuring contractual compliance to all QA and OH&S and site related requirements.

Management of Supply contracts, monitoring KPI milestones and updating Master programme to reflect slippage and developing recovery plans to mitigate impact to site activities.
