I have had 16 years of working in the building trade, where I have a lot of experience in heavy lifting manual labour.
I Have 13 years experience as a Ramp leading hand for Jetstar Ramp Services, where i showed my leadership qualities,being able to complete all tasks put before me in any sort of weather conditions and time pressure situations.
I worked for 3 Months as a baggage handler where i was involved in lots of heavy lifting and working all sorts of shifts starting as early as 4am and finishing at 11:30pm. And it was through my hard work as a baggage handler that Jetstar took me on 3 months later Team Leader experienced in directing activities of workgroups. Develops strategies, provides training, sets goals and obtains team feedback. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big picture focus with excellence in communicating goals and vision to succeed. Problem solver, networker, and consensus builder.
