Prepare and oversee staff rosters across multiple venues;
Assist and uphold the level of staff presentation within each venue;
Analyse statistics and offer support to the Director of Gaming with product development (including beta testing of the Digital Wallet system);
Control gaming resources including gaming compliance, food par levels, cleaning products etc.;
Ensure compliance with the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGAR);
Overseeing and opertion of TAB and Keno facilities;
Implementation and overseeing of COVID safe practices and prcedures;

Marketing including analysis of mystery shops and circulation to the licensees;
Organisation and implementation of Entertainment (bands, bingo, raffles, trivia , loyalty promotions, memberships, );

Assist in management and daily running of accommodation at relevant venues (48 rooms);
