I am a highly experienced support and Youth worker, who is able to fully respect the privacy, dignity, needs and beliefs of the young person and their families. i am a reliable and dependable support worker with a strong work ethics, eager to learn new skills and concepts and dedicated to excellent achievements. I take full responsibility for my own developmental learning and performance, and have a long track record of working in residential care homes as well as in the community. I can undertake the full range of support and caring duties, specifically working with clients who have mental health issues or learning disabilities and able to provide a person-centred care. I am very passionate about working in community service sector and empowering and supporting people living with disability and whom have experienced trauma.
