As a project planner for Yuanta Enterprise and Hong Kong Online Banking, I planned and designed for company transactions and internal processes. Here's a concise summary of key projects and my contributions:

• Building up a bond purchase and clearing system: Leading a project involving the bank's operations, the trading floor, and a subsidiary of the securities company, with strong corporate support for bond purchases.
• Launch of Non-Designated Transaction Function in Hong Kong Online Banking, worked with third-party consultants to ensure compliance with HKMA regulations. Successfully launched and enhanced platform competitiveness.

Leading a new product which has an expected 1.76 million sales revenue from the study to completion stage, I oversee the schedule, cost, and the primary interface for customers. My contributions include:

• Facilitating every meeting with B2B customers to address project schedules, design changes, and technical issues.
• Managing issue resolution across hardware, software, certification, and factory domains, engaging in daily discussions with customers and vendors.
• Supervising factory operations during a business trip to China–Chongqing, ensuring timely production and providing daily production status reports.
