Chunpeng Shi

Holding a double master’s degree in project management and finance provides a strong interdisciplinary knowledge base and systematic project management skills. An internship at Enhance Project offered valuable practical experience in project planning, progress control, and construction quality supervision, while also facilitating effective communication with all parties in both Chinese and English to ensure smooth project progression. Financial expertise enables data analysis and financial planning, allowing for the seamless integration of project management and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and improve economic benefits. Additionally, extensive experience in swimming, combined with CPR and WWCC certifications obtained while working at a swimming school, helped in gaining a better understanding of local life and language habits in Australia, as well as adapting to the work rhythm in the Australian context.
