Currently a Registered Nurse, at Westmead Hospital I have the ability to link theory learnt during my undergraduate degree to my clinical practice, including undertaking assessments such as A-G and analysing trends. I possess communication and high interpersonal skills with my documentation, handovers and other forms of clinical data as well as able to speak both English and Vietnamese fluently. I have the ability to work independently and within the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient centred care is achieved. Throughout my clinical placement and within my workplace, I ensure to act according to the legal and ethical requirements associated with registered nursing and to work within my scope of practice. By doing so, I aim to ensure continuous improvement, quality and safety within my practice. • Aged care - Holy Family services Nursing home, 2 weeks, Providing compassionate care, especially with those living with advanced dementia., Assist patients with mobility and communication needs to support them in daily activities and functioning.
• Ambulatory Care - Liverpool Hospital, Liverpool, NSW, 2 weeks, Making sure patients are between the flags before their medical procedures as-well as making them comfortable., Monitoring vital signs hourly, Testing urinalysis, Priming lines for iron infusions.
• Macarthur Community Mental Health Service - Campbelltown, Campbelltown, 3 weeks, Support and advocate for consumers, provide information on rights and responsibilities in relation to care and treatment., Administering Depot injections to consumers living in the community who have complex mental health, Working in a Multidisciplinary team and sitting in Tribunals.

• Oncology Camperdown Ward - Westmead Children's Hospital, Westmead, 2 weeks, Dedicated inpatient ward for acute care, Ongoing management and support care, Support for educational needs of children, and families

• Liverpool ICU- Liverpool Hospital, Liverpool, 2 weeks, Checking patients' vital signs, taking blood samples, managing ventilation and life support equipment and ordering diagnostic test
