  • Business Owner & Operator of Purple Patch Therapy, a provider of Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, and Occupational Therapy services to individuals and families with funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Inclusive of assessment, programme design and implementation and evaluation of programmes for adults and adolescents who live with autism, intellectual disability and acquired brain injury.
  • Provide evidence based Positive Behaviour Support, OT and Specialist Support Coordination services to participants.

  • As the Independent Practitioner, contractor to the Department of Communities, I provide expert representation on Quality Assurance Panels, supporting disability providers to authorise restrictive practices ensuring they meet the standards of being the least restrictive practice, the last resort, proportionate to risk, and the least possible time.
  • Support disability service providers and behaviour support practitioners to understand and adhere to the NDIS Behaviour Support and Restrictive Practices Rules (2013) and the Authorisation of Restrictive Practices in funded Disability Services Policy.
  • Assist disability service providers and behaviour support practitioners to provide person-centred support that upholds human rights and works toward elimination of restrictive practices where possible.
