- Review all types of building projects in Karachi (commercial, residential, hospitals, public properties, educational projects, touristic projects..)
- Review and approve the structural drawings in order to proceed with the construction work
- Review and approve all the projects upon the completion of the construction, with site visits when needed
- Ensure that the consultant/engineer is abiding by the structural codes (geotechnical reports, concrete strength, steel codes..)
- Ensure that the consultant/engineer is abiding by the Pakistan construction laws. Conducted research and field tests to analyze soil properties and develop reports.
- Performed inspections of existing structures to identify structural deficiencies or safety hazards.
- Analyzed environmental data from a variety of sources including aerial photographs and satellite images.
- Designed land development layouts for residential communities using AutoCAD software.
- Inspected new construction sites to ensure that they meet all applicable standards and regulations.
