Summary

As my time being a stay-at-home mum is beginning to end, I am now wanting to return to the workforce and back into the disability sector, which I have missed being a part of. I am very passionate and highly motivate person especially when it comes to people with disabilities and their families. I am looking for a position that will allow me to pursue my passion for improving and assisting people with a disability to achieve their goals in a positive holistic person-centered approach. I have over 10 years’ experience working in the disability sector. From case managing, support work in accommodation and community access, special needs educator, respite and carer. I also have a lived experience with disabilities. My brother lived with cerebral palsy and other multiple disabilities and was fully dependent on the care of my parents and my family. Helping care for my brother allowed me the insight into the delicate dimensions of what a family caring with someone with a disability involves. This experience provided me with the knowledge of how important and valuable holistic person-centred supports and services are to a personal living with disability and their family.

Dynamic individual with hands-on experience in working with people with a disability and talent for navigating challenges. Brings strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to new tasks. Known for adaptability, creativity, and results-oriented mindset. Committed to making meaningful contributions and advancing organizational goals.
