- Organise representation of ECA at key annual events, conferences, forums and functions that will promote ECA membership and programs.
- Manage the ECA NT Events calendar (electronic) and ensure all staff are connected to key events that relate to their programs.
- Present at key forums as is required, for example conferences, community forums and events.
- Support Inclusion Support Team to access the STEL providing guidance and clear instructions on how to access equipment and complete application forms. Oversee the lending operations, supporting the library administration staff. Undertake regular quality, quantity and maintenance audits of the equipment library ensuring it is in good order and well stocked. Consult with the ECA Business Manager on budget to purchase equipment as is required. Write quarterly reports for Program Managers on use of the STEL including data analysis and some good news stories. Be the relationship holder with Carpentaria Disability Services who co-host the library.
