  • Effectively managed learning reform initiatives, to ensure projects met required milestones, and outcomes were aligned with the strategic plans.
  • Led and delivered all levels of work capability development programs (e.g. SLT and critical role talent succession, QRWomen, QR Graduate Development Program 3x voted AAGE Top 75), and diversity and inclusion programs, all designed to enhance operations and uplift organisational culture and capability.
  • Developed a strong team culture focused on employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities (evidenced in regular MOR feedback and annual enterprise engagement survey metrics).
  • Fostered partnerships with industry leaders, and university programs, enhancing company brand and creating new talent attraction and retention opportunities.
  • During my time in this role I have also been asked to cover for two roles; Senior Manager People Capability and Analytics (as detailed below) and Manager People Planning and Inclusion. In this role I led the implementation of a new consolidated People Planning, Diversity and Inclusion team including hiring staff, designing an operating model streamlining workforce planning workflows by identifying bottlenecks in existing systems and implementing appropriate solutions. I facilitated key stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure WFP reporting was fit for purpose and identified quality data sources.
