  • Delivered factual evidence and support to the families when needed in case conferences and Child Protection meetings.
  • Wrote and implemented procedures, ground rules, health and safety and regular risk assessments for each of the groups, trips and visits to ensure they ran smoothly and safely.
  • Administration and accounts payable to ensure the continued smooth operation of the centre, including management of a budget and undertaking regular audits and grant applications.

  • Successfully developed, established and implemented nine very popular programs that continue to be run on a weekly basis and receive full attendance.

  • I wrote numerous proposals and applied for funding to support a move to a larger premise and after much negotiation was successful and saw the establishment of Home-Start in a larger, customised premise prior to my departure.
