The role of Administrative Assistant at Copper Coast Chef, I was able to utilise my multitasking and communication skills.

I thrived and enjoyed being able to utilise my diverse skill set built from varying work, life roles and also learning new ones.

In the time I was employed at Copper Coast Chef the business grew quickly and successfully. My role became more suited to a full time PA and Administration manager.

I was offered the position, but believe I am unable to dedicate

40 hrs a week to the role.

I have a great relationship with the proprietor Geordie and will still help out with proof reading when required.
