I am skilled in implementing differentiated instruction and lesson plans, I create supportive learning environments that boost student confidence and promote organizational growth, and nurture them in their personal and academic development. I am committed to ongoing professional development and effective communication with parents and colleagues.

As an experienced educator , I have also proven to be a supportive and encouraging team player known for flexibility and dependability.

I have particularly enjoyed, as a casual teacher, the opportunity to work with a diverse selection of educators and students alike. I have created a reputation fo being reliable and consistent across the schools I attend.

Working in a learner diversity role would allow me the chance to provide small group support to the learners requiring additional intervention.
