  • VCAA Project Proposal - Created a thorough PMBOK framework report for the VCAA Student Portal bid, which covered the important considerations that were necessary to focus on while launching VCCA, an extensive digital platform that would help improve student and administrative interactions
  • Business Analytics Project - In this project, I led a detailed analysis of EON's automotive sales from 2019 to 2024 to identify key market trends and inform strategic decision-making. Through rigorous data assessment and visualization, we uncovered a strong consumer preference for automatic transmissions over manual ones, and identified significant regional differences in vehicle preferences. It also helped us analyze EON's finances, inventory management, sales output, profitability, and overall performance analytics. Tools used were Tableau, Tableau Prep Builder, and Power BI
  • Car Pool Management Analysis – The project focuses on analyzing and improving the carpool management system for a software design company. It identifies inefficiencies, such as manual processes, communication gaps, and proposes solutions through requirements analysis and modeling techniques. The analysis culminates in an Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), and recommendations for an automated solution to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction

  • I worked on a new project called Classified Display Ads, and I managed to train my fellow team members for it, and participated in the Automation Project for error identification, which was further nominated for the Rewards and Recognition Program
  • Successfully conducted a stock take for the company, which led to an excellent outcome, and further helped in finding solutions for the prevailing problems with regard to the existing inventory stock
  • Started a new process with my senior manager to set up a sales pipeline in the APAC region, which further contributed to revenue generation in the company
