• Building demand and supply forecasts through facilitation of alignment between Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting and Suppliers
• Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of Supply Chain changes that may influence service, inventory and stores
• Planning and execution of promotional activity
• Facilitate business planning/collaboration meetings to keep appropriate stakeholders up to date with meaningful strategies to improve service, inventory or efficiency

- Replenishment of all NDC's and RDC's with indent lines

- Stakeholder management between Supply Planners and 3PL storage site.

- DC inbound transport bookings

• Plan and execute safe, cost-effective transport movements from Woolworths Suppliers into Woolworths DC sites by leveraging our carrier network
• Support the front-end team to provide a seamless experience for our suppliers and customers
• Foster our relationships with internal Woolworths stakeholders, Suppliers and Carrier partners to deliver quality service and achieve our delivery in full and on time metrics.
• Perform daily transport planning activities in our Transport Management System (TMS)
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) target is achieved at all times
• Ensure external and internal stakeholder expectations are met for transport movements
• Communicate daily with replenishment, warehouses, vendors and transport carriers as required
• Monitor and follow up to ensure carriers and suppliers are adhering to Chain of Responsibility (COR) at all times

• Leading teams to put team and customers first through the day to day management of a supermarket
• Coaching teams to deliver great shopping experiences through superb store standards in Food Safety, Safety and Merchandising Standards
• Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Grocery, Nightfill and Online departments
• Leading the store in the absence of the Store Manager
