Youth Outreach facilitator / Engineers Without Borders UNSW
The Youth Outreach team for EWB UNSW runs STEM workshops for students in metro and regional areas of NSW. Having participated in metro and regional workshops (seven metro, one week long 'regioneering' program), I have helped to promote humanitarian engineering principles - "a world where technology benefits all", as well as a career in engineering, with emphasis on young female students. In regional areas, these workshops offer hope to students facing additional barriers to tertiary STEM education.
