At Underground Coffee Roasters, I worked as a barista but also assisted in other areas, like food preparation, warehouse packing orders or weighing beans for the coffee roaster and your general cleaning of the cafe and warehouse.

Coffees ranged from your espresso to filter and nitro coffees.

It is here where I was introduced to the many varieties of coffees and gained the knowledge and appreciation for a great tasting coffee - whether it be a strong tasting or milder espresso to your subtle filters or the ritual of serving pour over coffee.

I also helped out in the coffee van at several events.
