Trusted worker from the company, they asked me to cover a lot of jobs, from farms to factories, from harvesting to packing.

Really good worker, reached a pretty good level in some days.

• Potato harvesting:

I worked long shifts always focused and energetic. When needed, I started to teach and help new people to be on a good level the fastest possible.

Promoted then as level 3 (team leader).

• Potato/onion packing and stocking

When not harvesting, i was packing.

Physically able to work long shifts lifting heavy packs.

• Cauliflower harvesting

Harvesting and driving a big machine.

Very busy every time, helping my coworker, trying to drive the cleaner possible but still maintaining a good speed.

The machine needed a lot of manutention before, during and after the shift.

I asked to teach me and then started to learn basic manutention for the harvester to avoid frequently stop.

Sometimes when the raw was damaged, or if needed a clean in some zones, i also hand harvested with the machete.

On the finish of the season we helped with little works as cutting, loading and unloading wood trucks.

Short season in Spreyton. The farm was aiming entirely to the quality of the product.

Grading and sorting i was still picking 7 or 8 box per day.

• Immediately able to pick more than the minimum amount of box per day
• Always helping parter and coworkers to pick apples with the ladder in high and hard places
• Soft and fast hand, picked a many apple type, from the easier to the fragile one
• Physically fit to walk for all the day with the ladder, moving from row ro row

Picking and sorting cherries at high quality level, modestly fast and really accurate and clean.

The cherries had to be all divided and perfectly sized, always working at high speed, so i had to learn to be clean and accurate always under stress.
