• Clients were Woodside, Clough/Kellogs JV, Heron Island resorts, and a number of environmental consulting opportunities

• Led the marine construction management of a 2+ year dredging operation and reclamation project, overseeing program management of contractors' construction fleet, edge-of-water construction execution, and interface management with various marine entities and port administrators
• Completed a $450+ million dredging project 18 months ahead of schedule and on budget as part of a US$1.3 billion marine construction budget of wharfs, jetties and ferry terminals
• Managed multiple contracts, ensuring all technical deliverables were in place for separable dredging portions, alongside two proponent simultaneous activities and five separate marine construction contracts
• Supervised the simultaneous construction of various marine infrastructure, including material offload facilities, LNG export jetty, ferry and crew change terminals, roll-on-roll-off ramps, and wave protection structures, managing a budget of approximately AU$980 million

• Oversee the design and execution of a biennial maintenance dredging program and coral relocation project on Heron Island to ensure continued access for tourism and research while preserving the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park
• Manage all permitting, project design, and execution for the maintenance dredging program and relocation of thriving detached coral masses, ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability

• Led technical engineering and quality control for the construction of approach channels, swing basins, and berth pockets, as well as spearheading the reclamation dredging of a ~4Ha Material Offload Facility with a 40+ fleet of vessels
• Managed close quarters operations of three types of dredging vessels operating within 50m of each other for 90 days, achieving considerable schedule savings
• Constructed a 4ha island 2km offshore of the main island, capable of receiving modules up to 500 tons, and made it ready for use within 6 months

Post lay pipeline, cable burial and hydro-testing contractor. The tendered scopes made me responsible for subsea contract risk analysis, international mob/demobilization and full contract management. All contracts were unit/day rate contract of high complexity, and conflict management was a frequent requirement. Solely responsible for all contract management activities during execution of each project. 11 months in Hong Kong with no rotation, 10 months in Turkey with no rotation. The CEO has an oil and gas reputation of being ‘colourful’. Over the three years of project and construction management, I installed a change management process that removed the conflict from contract execution, and BOTAS (Turkey-gas) congratulated me on the achievement.
